Scoot Commute

Lashing Thunderstorm, Ice Blocks, Monster-sized Puddles, Gaping Potholes

Posted in Buddy St. Tropez (Franz Biberkopf), Daily Commute by sbahn on 2014/02/21

Pretty much sums up the commute.

A note to the dozen or so cars without headlights.
Maybe you should check your fuses or something because it wasn’t simply stupidity that would cause you to not turn on your headlights in a freak-ass lightning downpour in the foggy near-dark (or would it be?).

Oh, and Mayor Angel Taveras, you wanna be my gubner? Why is it that once I cross over into MY neighborhood, the streets are filled with chunks of ice? My street is frightening–even cars, trucks and SUVs have been crawling along for days.

I didn’t take a picture because the rain was so bad tonight (good thing I didn’t stop at Aldi to stock up on groceries).

I am sooooo done with wintah.

I have read your blog for quite some time. The Providence streets are so bad! Maybe that is what Newport Creamery’s AWFUL AWFUL is named after.
